Cat's Meow - The Nelson House

The Nelson House, in Yorktown, Virginia, was built in 1711, by Scotch Tom Nelson. His grandson, Thomas Nelson, Jr., served in the Continental Congress and was a signer of the Declaration of Independence. He served as Commanding General of the Virginia Militia and accompanied George Washington, at the Siege of Yorktown.
