Collector's Coin - 2nd in a Series - The Powhatans

This bronze Collector's Coin has been specially designed to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the founding of the first permanent English settlement in the New World. The image on one side of the coin depicts a Powhatan warrior and the reverse side has the Virginia Company of London Seal. The coin is mounted in a protective case and inserted in an attractive cardboard display. Informational text included describes the Powhatan chiefdom at the time of the English arrival. Coin measures approximately 1.75 inches in diameter. This is the second coin in a series of five coins.
