Someone is planning to kill General George Washington and young Phoebe Fraunces is trying to save his life.  Disguised as Washington's housekeeper, Phoebe is working as a spy.  Phoebe is very frightened but she is determined to save Washington's life.  She is running out of time and must figure out who is after the General before it is too late.
