Tavern Pipe 18th Century

This pipe is typical of those used extensively during colonial times. An archaeologist needs only fragments and countless thousands have been unearthed in numerous areas of Virginia. This tavern pipe is a mid-18th century model. Measures approximately 7 inches long and is made from clay.
