"The Double Life of Pocahontas"

Pocahontas was the favorite child of her father, Chief Powhatan. When the English settlers came, she became a "sister" to John Smith. She moved freely between the Indian and the white world. Later she was kidnapped by the settlers and forced to live like a white woman. She would be asked to turn her back on everything she loved and leave her Indian world behind forever.  Ages 10-14.
